By accessing AgileNest Packing Studio (“Service”), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for activities under your account. Provide accurate information and update it when necessary.
3. Content license
We grant you a personal, non-transferable license to access purchased courses for your own use. You may not distribute, resell, or publicly share protected content without permission.
4. Acceptable use
- Do not misuse the Service, interfere with others, or attempt unauthorized access.
- Do not upload unlawful or infringing material in communications with us.
- Use features like favorites (“Fallows”) and cart respectfully and for their intended purpose.
5. Purchases and refunds
Prices are displayed in USD. Where refunds are offered, they follow the course’s refund window as described at checkout. Taxes may apply.
6. Disclaimers
We provide educational content “as is.” We do not guarantee outcomes such as specific airline fee avoidance or exact time savings.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
8. Changes to the Service
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features. We aim to provide reasonable notice where material changes affect paid access.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms. You may stop using the Service at any time.
